underwhelming experience

the location was acceptable, fairly close to the main attractions.

I was really disappointed by the bar service. The bartender seemed uninterested in making cocktails and the drinks were not good at all!!! i think they need better training.

check-in was simple. the desk staff were very friendly. the beds were the most comfortable beds i've ever slept on at a hotel. the complimentary water was a nice touch.

the carpeting in my room was not vacuumed well.

i found the room very clean and well maintained the air conditioning worked effectively i had no problems adjusting the temperature the bathroom was super clean and the shower had good pressure. the location provided easy access to nearby attractions i walked to several restaurants and shops without needing transportation. the hotel staff were helpful and responsive to my requests the check in process was quick and efficient. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options i particularly appreciated the fresh fruit and pastries.

the gym located in a neighboring hotel requires key activation adding a small extra step

the hotel is centrally located near many popular attractions i found it easy to walk to most of the sites i wanted to visit. public transportation options are also easily accessible the area felt safe to walk around both during the day and at night.

A Lovely Stay, Indeed

warm welcome comfortable bed helpful staff retro phone

The staff are lovely! Zaida at reception gave such a warm welcome. The housekeeping team with Keydi and Tioni Maykol kept everything in tip-top shape. I like the retro phone in the room. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast had many choices.

The gym is located in another building. This means you must walk to access it. It is not really a problem, but it is good to know this in advance.
